There seems to be a lot of consternation among you about whether Prowse or Christensen should play the role of Darth Vader in Episode III. Some of you think the original actor will do a great job, others really don't want to see a 66-year old behind the helmet. Here are a few quotes:

No one wants to see or hear a 66 Year old man as Darth Vader. Hayden will do an excellent job and I think they should keep him. He is a handsome man and should be given a chance.

They should both be in the movie. Like Hayden be the person that is without the mask and David the person that is in the mask.

I believe that young actors are getting better in acting and should be recognized for their talent and not just be replaced by the person who played the same role in the original movies.

As you can see, the opinions differ. Anyway, David Prowse hopes he will get the part of the Sithlord; that's all the rumors we have about this subject.

Welcome to 2002- the year of the Attack of the Clones. Years from today, you will look back on this year not for anything else, but for Epsiode II; whether you like it or not. Though I do hope you like it! For me, I have no choice- I already like it.

In the next few weeks, and in the months leading into Episode II, we will be having a few contests here and lots of giveaways. The first one is a bumper sticker contest. The object is to create the funniest, non-obscene Star Wars bumper sticker idea and mail it to me at skywalker@galaxyfaraway.com. I'll have details on the prizes soon- but be assured that the winning entry will be printed on actual stickers. The stickers will be available before the Celebration in May and I will be giving out stuff there too!
